Paternity leave
Oct 18th, 2009 | By WebmasterSRI at Home’s webmaster, Christian, is currently on paternity leave from his dayjob in Norway, and is spending a few months at home with his ten month old daughter, Ella. (Norwegian parents get 10 to 12 months of paid leave, usually split about 80–20 between the mother and the father.)

Ella is happy to have her dad at home with her.
Caught a bit off-guard by how much work it is staying at home with a small child who needs constant attention and/or entertainment, he hasn’t been able to keep up with his correspondence. He has discovered, however, that being forced to take long, daily walks in sunny autumn days is an excellent cure for being stressed and overweight.
